Adani Enterprises Limited ADANIENT : AGM / Book Closure Adani Enterprises Limited has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from August 05, 2011 to August 10, 2011 (both days inclusive) for determining the entitlement of dividend, if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on August 10, 2011.
